Meet Claudia

I’m Claudia Delgado Willick, a Keller Williams Real Estate Broker with more than 10 years experience working in 4 different markets. I originally trained as a Civil Engineer, and managed geophysical data acquisition crews – both on and offshore – in Latin America, and the Texas gulf coast; working for major oil and gas service companies before making my home and family in Texas.

I have personally sold more than 300 properties, and have ultimately been selected by Keller Williams to Agent Leadership Councils (ALCs), and as part owner, to participate in both the national, and local expansion of the brand in Colombia where we successfully launched the Cali market center and developed a team of more than 100 new agents.

Today I split my time between two offices – Fort Worth and beautiful Katy. And with my team and partnering agents, I can provide you the immediate answers and the same-day service you demand. I know the areas well and am well connected to serve you better.

Additionally, I have been an avid artist for more than 20 years. By combining my engineering background with my artistic eye, I offer a unique perspective that few Realtors can provide. I take into consideration the structural safety, maintainability, and financial value of a property while helping you to evaluate and consider its artistic possibility.
